Congratulation to Ms Adalene Chua of our M18 Youth training squad for being the top Normal (Technical) course student in this year's 'N' Level. She represented Singapore in the recent World Youth Tchoukball Championships 2011 in Austria. It is certainly not easy to juggle studies with national training as well as work part time to support her family. Well done! Another former M18 youth team trainee, Darren Tan from Ping Yi Sec was also among the joint top students in the Normal (Academic) course. To read more from The Straits Times article, pls click HERE.
A total of 28 teams, nearly 300 players took part and unfortunately we have to turn down more team registrations. Congratulations to all the winners and participating teams for the above event.

TBAS has just organised the Tchoukball Court Official course in partnership with Singapore Sports Council and Republic Polytechnic for their students under our Youth Officiating Development scheme to allow youth players to pursue their interest in Tchoukball as an official.
Participants from any Institute of Higher Learning (ITE, Polytechnic and Universities) enjoy a 50% subsidy of the course fee under this joint partnership with SSC. We are planning to organise more courses in the near future. If you are interested, kindly indicate your interest with us at contactus@tchoukball.org.sg asap. Thank you !
TBAS will be partnering Republic Polytechnic to organise the above annual competition from 9am to 6pm on 27 Nov for players of 18 years and below.

The above event was held at Beatty Secondary School from 24-25 Oct. Congratulation to Bendemeer Secondary School and Ping Yi Secondary School for winning the Boys and Girls title respectively.

Congratulation to the Singapore Women team for finishing as Champion and the Singapore Men team for finishing as Runner-up in the above competition held in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam from 28-29 Oct 2011.
A total of 8 Southeast Asia countries took part in this competition, a prelude to the eventual entry of Tchoukball into SEA games in the near future.

This year’s edition was hosted by ITE and saw the participation of the 4 universities, 4 polytechnics and 2 ITEs. These are indeed clear signs that Tchoukball is growing rapidly in all tertiary institutions.
After many exciting matches, Singapore Polytechnic emerges as winner in the Men category while Republic Polytechnic successfully retained their title in the Women category.

Congratulation to Team SIM (Singapore Institute of Management) for coming in first in both the Men and Women categories, which was held in NTU. Both these teams will represent Singapore in the 2nd Asian University Tchoukball Championships 2011 from 11-13 Nov @ Tainan, Taiwan.

TBAS sent a total of 4 teams to particpate in the above competition at Traiskirchen, Austria from 13-19 July 2011. We are pleased to announce that our M15 Boys team finished as Champion in their category while our M12 Boys team came in third. The M18 Girls and M18 Boys team came in 4th and 5th respectively.
Congratulation to all of them for the excellent results. The future is bright for Tchoukball in Singapore.
In a week's time, our Men and Women teams will fly off to Ferrara, Italy to participate in the World Tchoukball Championships 2011.
After three days of intense competition, the team of NYP and RP emerged as the champion of POLITE 2011 Tchoukball League men and women category respectively. The men category was too tight for comfort as three teams ended up with the same number of points. As for the women cateogory, RP is the runaway winner with no defeat. For match details click here.
